Because of its logical development, our current system has now reached the stage at which the system-determining structures and their acting actors
are more powerful and independent than the politics itself.
That has the consequence that only a "superficial" approach to the issues alone, such as the prohibition of the so-called “naked sales” in the financial
sector, can no longer effect sustainable and positive changes.
Over and above the power of the systemic structures, the mainly economic actors prevent either such as e.g. prohibitions or reach relatively easy
on a few detours anyway their goal.
This shows that only a solely change of policy can no longer really break up and change the existing system!
The necessity of new systemic structures and their establishment and safeguarding about the law is, following from this, the inevitable realization and
logical consequence.
And to do this, one must basically be able to identify, recognize, understand and analyze structures in order to be able to describe and predict their
normative mechanisms of action and their own logical behavioral momentums.
I identify and analyze systemic structures and their accompanying legal frameworks.
The goal is the development of laws that bring about a change and renewal of the systemic structures, so that necessary content and systemic renewal
can be realistically enabled and sustainably established.
The fundamental goal is a peaceful change and renewal about the law.

The Johannes Heinrichs Edition
After the Critical Theory, comes the Constructive Theory, comes the constructive consciousness revolution!
Prof. Dr. Johannes Heinrichs, social philosopher and semiotician, born in 1942, was as successor of Rudolf Bahro until 2002 professor of social ecology
at the Humboldt University to Berlin.
He is currently the only systematic and structural philosopher in Europe and characterized the term "Constructive Theory".
As important innovation in the philosophy takes effect his discovery of the methodical self-development of the human reflectivity, of the inner reflective
life in practical social action, the levels of reflection primarily between the individuals, the interpersonal reflection and communication.
From this he developed the "Periodic System of Types of Action" that differentiates and systematizes the actions according to their intentions.
This list is comparable with the periodic table in chemistry by Mendelejev and Meyer.
His resulting achievements on social and democratic theory ("Revolution der Demokratie" 2003) have already been called "epochal".
With his reflection theory of human meaning enforcements and social systems he stands on the shoulders of the German idealists Kant, Fichte and
Hegel. Heinrichs does not merely deal with them historicizing, but thinks they, according to their heritage and mission, forward consistently.
Heinrichs is the first and so far only philosopher, who has discovered and formulated the implicit reflection!
And with his discovery and formulation of the implicit reflection and continuative to the lived reflection in social systems, with the development of the
one called “epochal” Reflection-System-Theory of Four-segmentation and with his beginning of the cartography of the human consciousness and its
awareness assets, that is, the capture and description of the human consciousness in its universal functionings, Johannes Heinrichs is globally leading
in the reflection theory and has evolved it as scientific discipline evolutionarily.
Furthermore, he is currently the only dialogician. And here he advance into the universal functioning of dialectics: dialectics are reflection processes
are ratios of self-reference.
Heinrichs describes himself as a spiritual philosopher. And in fact, he is the globally leading philosopher in integral philosophy.
Heinrichs is the author of more than 40 books and numerous writings and essays, which are now to be published including forthcomming books
in a complete edition, in the "Johannes Heinrichs Edition"!
